Handling customer requests for spare parts from RFQ to order completion, following established processes
Supporting customers with timely and accurate information, ensuring a positive experience
Preparing quotations based on available data and internal guidelines
Creating and processing Purchase Orders in cooperation with the Procurement team
Assisting in the coordination of Return Material Authorization (RMA) cases with Supply Chain
Preparing and verifying documentation required for invoicing
Maintaining accurate data in ERP and CRM systems
Required skills
English and Polish language proficiency at a minimum B2 level
Experience or background in sales/procurement/supply chain
Category B driving license
Good understanding of industrial components
Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure
Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork
Customer-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
Flexibility – while the role is based on a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, occasional work outside regular business hours may be required to address urgent operational needs, in line with applicable labor law
