Overview

PM Group is undertaking a significant HR transformation and is seeking to build additional capability and resilience within its HR function. We are looking for a highly experienced HR Operations & Systems professional to support the HR Systems Manager, strengthen delivery capacity, and ensure operational continuity.

Working as an embedded member of the HR team, the successful candidate will join PM Group for the duration of the secondment and play a key role in supporting HR operations, systems, transformation initiatives, and ongoing project activities.

Responsibilities

• Act as deputy to the HR Systems Manager, including providing cover during absences, and support delivery of the STEP HR transformation programme from an operational and business perspective
• Translate HR operational requirements into clear system and process inputs, ensuring continuity across core HR processes
• Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Digital, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to align on requirements, outcomes, and issue resolution
• Provide system configuration support, assist with SIT and UAT testing, issue resolution, and data validation
• Support change management, user adoption, and post-implementation stabilisation of HR systems

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors, including features, functionality, and configuration
• Minimum of 8+ years’ experience across a mix of HR consulting and in-house HR roles
• Hands-on HR Operations experience with exposure to day-to-day HR processes
• Proven experience delivering HR transformation initiatives (e.g. HRIS implementations, operating model changes, process redesign)
• Strong technical awareness of HR systems, with experience working alongside HRIS / HR Systems teams
• Experience operating in a client-side or internal HR role (not purely advisory)
• Experience in complex, multi-country or matrix organisations

Highly Desirable

• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors or other ERP HR systems (client-side or consultancy)
• Experience supporting or partnering with an HR Systems / HRIS Manager
