Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of project scheduling activities across assigned offshore wind (originating from greenfield development, tendering and M&A-opportunities) projects
Oversee schedule development from early development through to execution and commissioning
Ensure scheduling strategies, methodologies, and tools are aligned with corporate standards and project needs
Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO processes, tools, and templates related to scheduling
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior scheduling staff and coordinate scheduling efforts across project teams
Advise project and senior management in preparing and implementing the optimum project scheduling while considering internal and external constraints
Develop, manage and control detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring integration with contractor schedules and alignment with the Work
Report schedule performance to project and senior management and ensure alignment with project baselines and critical path objectives orchestrate executive priorities by aligning calendars, meetings, travel, and business activities into coherent and well-balanced schedule
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring integration with contractor schedules and alignment with the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
Generate schedule reports (e.g., s-curves, milestone tracking) and support quantitative schedule risk assessments (QSRA) while facilitating coordination among technical, commercial, and construction team
Lead scheduling meetings with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring compliance with scheduling standards across multiple projects
Your profile:
Degree in engineering (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical, or industrial) or a related technical field
Several years of professional experience in planning and scheduling of large offshore wind projects
Proven experience with schedule development in multi-disciplinary, international project environments
Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel; knowledge of risk and resource planning tools is beneficial
First experience in scheduling software administration
Strong understanding of project life cycles, critical path methods, and resource planning
Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Capable of managing schedules across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communicator with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across levels and functions
First (functional) leadership experience to mentor junior colleagues
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Willingness to travel as needed
