Are you ready to take charge of large-scale offshore construction projects and play a key role in shaping the future of the energy transition? At HSM Offshore Energy, we are looking for an experienced O&G Construction Manager to lead the construction phase of our EPCI projects.

As an O&G Construction Manager, you will make a real impact on the future of sustainable energy. In this role, you directly contribute to the energy transition while working alongside industry experts in a multidisciplinary environment, gaining exposure to cutting-edge offshore technologies. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, ensuring the successful execution of multimillion-euro offshore substations with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Manage the construction phase of a project on the Yard – being hands-on without losing the overall picture.
• Be the client’s trusted partner – acting as the primary contact regarding construction, quality, safety, and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors & suppliers – organising the construction and upholding the highest safety and quality standards.

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven colleague with:

• HBO/WO education with a technical background.
• Experience in the construction of offshore platforms or similar heavy industry projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage employees at all levels.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• The ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a focus on safety and compliance.
• Good communication skills and a solid command of English, both spoken and written.
